I completed my latest project for my Cartography Class recently. I mapped out a concept for a Go Kart Amusement Center. I call it, Ace Karting. I even made my own logo for it.

Next, here's the cover I used for my map

And here's how I laid out the map in full

As you can see, this place includes 3 unique tracks that range in difficulty from beginner to expert.. There's also a food and refreshment place I'm calling the Oil Can and an Arcade that I'm calling Green Light Arcade.

The names for the Tracks are as follows:

You can also choose three types of Karts to race in.

This project was one of my personal highlights of the semester. It took a long while, and I thought long and hard on how this hypothetical place could be constructed. It came out so good I almost wonder if it can be made for real in some way. Maybe I could take it to some good track construction people, or maybe this could be good framework for my own Arcade racing game with go karts as the vehicles rather than other motorsport vehicles. I suppose only time will tell though as this is merely a concept at the end of the day.
