Adventure Game Progress

Here's a video showcasing the current progress of the adventure game...

As you can see, I've got the Ninjas from before moving and throwing stars at the player. And I've also implemented a health pickup called the White Pill Box...

These restore all health to the player. There's also a variation of this pickup that I have yet to implement which gives you an extra life, but that'll come later.

I'm currently working on completing the UI instructions, What is seen on the video is of course not final, but I hope to end up with something like this...
