Almost done

My platformer project is almost done. I just have one more course to design and then I can get right down to publishing. I went and took the liberty of adding opportunities for extra lives and made a 1-up mushroom available in every course. However, it'll be fairly hard to grab as they're rare to come by and don't stay around for long.
