Getting into the Thick of my Studies

It's been a few weeks since I started this semester and to say that I've been busy would be an understatement. I've been sharing my works as I complete them on my socials, Instagram and Threads, but I'll also show them off here of course. Because of my new Instagram account, I think I can embed the videos and images related to my projects that I post there into my blog posts until I can afford my own domain.

Most of what I can share for now is the stuff I've done so far in my Animation II class as well as one project from my interaction design studio class. First are these warm-up animations of a magic dot and a jumping jelly.

Next is an expansion on the jelly animation, changing it into an ice cream, and then morphing it into a cake.

I then utilized symbols to make a simple scene based on Super Mario Bros.

My first project in Interaction Design Studio was to design an avatar for my class using processing code. I decided to adapt my avatar and posted this side-by-side comparison.

Going back to animation, with my knowledge of symbols, I animated a Rock Paper Scissors match between two gloves. Here's the results.

The last think I can share is this lip sync practice I've done earlier this week.

Beyond this, I've also been working on getting acquainted with the Maya software for my 3D Modelling and Animation class to make my first biped model and finishing up my first maps for my Cartography class and I'm making my own original lip syncing animation alongside various other things from my classes which I hope to share with you soon.
