Implementing Extra Enemies

So the other day, I was starting work on a course that takes place primarily underwater. But then a realization hit me, There were never any lessons within the platformer modules on how to implement aquatic enemies. Sure we can swim, but there's no aquatic life to interact with. Well, I took it upon myself to rectify this oversight by making sprites for the two most common aquatic enemies in the Mario series, the Cheep-Cheeps, and Bloopers.
